Upon termination of an Account for legitimate breach, Balontoto reserves the right to retain any balance that represents proceeds of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or other misconduct. Legitimate balances of verified accounts closed at the Player's request will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method within a reasonable period.
